Customer Service & Sales Support (NO VA Experience Needed)

We are looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and process-driven Customer Service & Sales Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven call center experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to handle high-volume outreach and client interactions. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, driving sales conversions, maintaining CRM logs, and supporting multi-channel outreach efforts—all with full training provided for studio-specific tools.
Responsibilities
- Make and answer inbound and outbound calls, focusing on lead follow-up, appointment confirmation, objection handling, and client engagement. Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Conduct follow-up sequences, appointment confirmations, and nurture leads to drive conversions.
- Log all interactions accurately within the CRM system
- Support outreach efforts through SMS platforms, emails, and scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and consistency in tone based on scripted and conversational dialogues.
- Handle client and lead inquiries promptly and route questions to appropriate staff when necessary.
- Adapt quickly to studio-specific tools and workflows, supporting the studio’s outreach and conversion KPIs.
Must Have
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience supporting customer service and sales roles with US clients.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objection handling, appointment setting, CRM logging, and follow-up sequences.
- A working PC or laptop, a stable internet connection, and a dedicated work-from-home setup to ensure focus and productivity.

- Government IDs or numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN
