We are looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and process-driven Customer Service & Sales Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven call center experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to handle high-volume outreach and client interactions. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, driving sales conversions, maintaining CRM logs, and supporting multi-channel outreach efforts—all with full training provided for studio-specific tools.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately
  • Communicate with clients professionally
  • Maintain CRM records and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Support business development and outreach activities

Must Have

  • At least 2 years experience in customer service or sales-related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM and order management systems
  • Background in vendor or supplier coordination
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or lead generation
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or spreadsheets)
  • Experience working in a remote or fast-growing team environment
