We are seeking a proactive Sales Business Development Representative to identify and engage potential clients, build lead pipelines, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outreach strategies, relationship-building, and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and qualify targeted lead lists through research and outreach.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest and set an appointment
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns, monitor responses, and follow up diligently.
- Support sales strategy implementation and testing of new outreach methods.
- Track and report on lead activity, engagement, and meetings scheduled.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Must Have
- Proven experience in sales outreach or lead generation, with a minimum of 2 years supporting a US client.
- Experience in creating funnels or landing pages is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms esp LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and any CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL etc.).
- IMPORTANT: Can provide employment requirements such as NBI clearance, Certificate of Employment (COE), and government IDs or numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN
Nice to have
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM systems (any preferred or experience with specific platforms is a plus)
- Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, etc.)
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc • Linkedin and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
