We are looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and process-driven Customer Service & Sales Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven call center experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to handle high-volume outreach and client interactions. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, driving sales conversions, maintaining CRM logs, and supporting multi-channel outreach efforts—all with full training provided for studio-specific tools.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Communicate with clients professionally
- Maintain CRM records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Support business development and outreach activities
Must Have
- At least 2 years experience in customer service or sales-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM and order management systems
- Background in vendor or supplier coordination
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or lead generation
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or spreadsheets)
