Meet Regine

CEO & President

Regine's professional journey began in the BPO industry, where she served as a customer service representative before the COVID-19 pandemic became a turning point in her life. When she became pregnant with her second child, the risks led her to leave her job. With her final paycheck, she purchased a secondhand laptop and took a leap of faith into the world of virtual assistance. This new path not only offered her the flexibility she needed as a mother but also reignited a sense of purpose and fulfillment she had been missing. She excelled in roles as a Business Development Representative and Executive Assistant, finding a passion for supporting executives and helping their businesses grow.

This personal success fueled a larger vision: to empower other Filipinos by providing them with the same opportunities for freedom and dignity in their work. This vision became Strategic Assistant Staffing (SAS). As the company’s CEO and President, Regine is still hands-on, leading sales and marketing and personally connecting with executives to match them with the right virtual assistant. Her mission is to transform lives—both for her clients and for the talented professionals on her team. Her story is one of faith, purpose, and a deep belief in Filipino talent, driven by a desire to create opportunities and partnerships that change lives.

Meet Reyshan

Co-Founder & VP of Operations & Finance

Reyshan professional life is a testament to his belief that true leadership is rooted in purpose. Although he holds an education degree, he felt his calling lay outside the traditional classroom, driven by a desire to influence lives and build something significant. This vision led him through corporate roles and, notably, into ministry as a pastor. Serving in his ministry has been a cornerstone of his life, shaping his leadership style with values of integrity, humility, and compassion, all while fulfilling his desire to guide people.

A pivotal moment in his career came when he and his wife, Regine, made the bold decision to leave the BPO industry to fully embrace the world of virtual assistance. This leap of faith evolved into a shared mission to provide others with flexible and purpose-driven careers. Now serving as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Strategic Assistant Staffing (SAS), Reyshan focuses on more than just numbers. For him, the role is about stewardship, ensuring every financial and operational decision aligns with the company's values and mission to support its team and serve a greater purpose. At SAS, he successfully combines his passion for leadership, his ministry background, and his commitment to helping others succeed.

Meet Rhezamay

Director of Lead Generation & Finance

Rhezamay's professional journey is a testament to resilience and continuous learning. She began her career in a variety of roles across different industries, from collection specialist to front desk officer, where she eventually rose to Officer-in-Charge. However, the pandemic became a pivotal turning point for her career. Through her sister-in-law, Regine, the CEO of SAS, she was introduced to the world of virtual assistance, a field she was completely new to. Despite initial struggles with confidence in her communication skills, her strong work ethic and eagerness to learn became her greatest assets.

As the first employee of SAS, Rhezamay embraced diverse roles, from lead generation and social media management to HR tasks, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the business. She discovered her passion and expertise in lead generation, eventually becoming the Head of the department. Her dedication led her to become a Co-Founder of SAS in 2022. Today, as the Director of Lead Generation & Finance, she uses her strategic mindset and wealth of experience to help drive the company's growth, proving that challenges can be transformed into opportunities with enough dedication and a willingness to learn.
